About the Form

This form may take some time to fill out. You don't have to do it all in one session. As you fill out sections of the form, you can click a Save Draft button to save your work as you go. We've placed Save Draft buttons at the end of each section. Save as often as you like. (Just one draft will be saved, it will overwrite your previous one each time.) You can leave the website and come back later to keep working on your draft before you're ready for the final form submission.

Presentation
Private Session This is a required field.

Although our conference is primarily an internal / private event, keynote and plenary speakers may be present during the course of open conference days. While these external participants will sign an NDA and be subject to obligations of confidentiality, caution should be exercised when making presentations related to work that might later be the subject of a patent application. Please consult with your IP advisors allocated to your business unit if in any doubt.

Would you prefer to request that your presentation is given on a dedicated internal/private conference day?

Private Session This is a required field.
Cut-and-paste from Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or other programs will work in the field below but some of your formatting will be removed. Remember that you can save a draft of this form if you wish to finish your work later, before submitting. Try out the "Formats" menu for access to more advanced text formats and layouts.
This image might be shown in various reports and catalogues along with your presentation's summary.
