
Hydrography Basics / Hydrography Skill Set
AHA offers this course, which covers the three units of competency that were deemed essential by industry but were omitted from the Diploma, it is for this reason that this course is seen as a prerequisite to the Diploma and essential for AHA Certification.
This delivers knowledge from experienced hydrography trainers and provides consistent content to hydrographers nationally.
Trainers include: Paul Langshaw (Rainman Water), Mike Lysaght (Hydrological Services), Bobbie Brenton (SWC), Arran Corbett (YSI), James Mancey (DPIPWE), Glen Murphy & Steve Swanbury (HCS).
AHA has entered into a “Service Agreement” with OTEN to continue delivery of this course:
- Hydrography Basics is referred to as a Skill Set
- OTEN will the student with a Certificate of Attainment.
- All students that have previously successfully completed the Hydrography Basics course will be granted the “new” qualification at no further or additional enrolment cost.
