
As the new national Hydrographic qualification under NWP07 process begins coming on line in coming months, the Association is seeking to establish a register of organisations or individuals who have the capacity or resources to provide assistance in the delivery of face to face training components/venues/facilities for the new competencies.
NSW OTEN and the AHA have developed an agreement for OTEN to be a preferred RTO for the provision of learning resources in the Diploma in Hydrography and Statement of Attainment modules (also known as The Skill Set for hydrographers) and RPL services (Recognition of Prior Learning) of the new qualification as it comes into use.
Given the geographically diverse nature of the workforce, it has been decided to establish a register of Suppliers of facilities, staff or both to conduct training relevant to the competencies in the attached document be sought by expression of interest from interested parties.

Application to be registered does not automatically assume an applicant will be granted automatic entry to the registration list. Applicants are asked to address all questions in the application.
The closing date for the Expressions of Interest is Close of Business, October 23, 2009.
